We are thrilled to welcome our next speaker, Alex Liu, managing partner and chairman of Kearney, for a 1-hour talk on "Finding Joy at Work, from Home".

A trusted advisor to CEOs and boards, Alex joined Kearney as a partner in 1996 and later served as head of the firm's global Communications, Media & Technology Practice and as a member of the board of directors.

He has worked with many leading firms in the communications, media, and technology sectors in more than 50 countries, and in 2015 was named a Top 25 consultant by Consulting magazine.
His leadership of client service teams led to multiple Great Client Work awards, a coveted global recognition within Kearney.

“I stay close to the action, working directly with clients and our project teams,” Alex says. “One of my top priorities is bringing the full force of the firm to each client assignment.”

Alex is member of the International Business Council of the World Economic Forum and co-chaired the 2019 Africa summit.
He has been featured or published in The FT Agenda, Connected Planet, Business Week, and Fortune and has authored numerous industry papers and articles. He also served as a board advisor to Emirates Telecommunications Company (Etisalat).

Prior to joining A.T. Kearney, Alex was CEO of a technology startup and a partner with The Boston Consulting Group, helping establish the firm’s Asian operations outside of Japan in the 90s. 

Alex earned MBA from Harvard University and BA in Economics from Yale University, and remains an avid rugby player.

This webinar will be hosted by Raphaël Glassberg: graduated from the Solvay business school, held numerous leadership roles in different companies (CEO, CFO, Business Development Manager), founded a number of companies, mainly in high-tech. Since 2010 Raphaël trains, coaches and provides consulting services to CEO's, leaders and managers. He co-founded Capeus in 2013 to help CEO's create flourishing organisations: making sure employees enjoy performing at their very best.
